The discovery of the TDOS Syndrome®
TDOS is robbing us of our health and it’s a major reason why 80% of America is overweight and 40% are obese.
A Revolutionary Weight Loss, and Health Solution Confirmed by two Peer-Reviewed Studies published in the Nutrition Journal and the Obesity Journal:
Dr. Paul Arciero’s Breakthrough “Shocks the Scientific Community”
The peer-reviewed studies were conducted by Dr. Paul Arciero one of the leading nutritional researchers in the world for more than 35 years.
Note: The peer-review process subjects the researchers, and their research, to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field (peers) and is considered necessary.
Peer-review is done in order to ensure academic scientific quality and authenticity at the highest level of scientific research.
Dr. Paul Arciero’s Credentials:
Dr. Paul Arciero’s two Peer-Reviewed Studies (published in the Nutrition Journal (NJ) and the Obesity Journal (OJ) conducted over one and two months. Arciero’s results published in the Nutrition Journal compared to the results of The Journal of the American Medical Association Journal (JAMA). The (JAMA) study was conducted over 12-months and analyzed almost all major diets and protocols. The (NJ) second study published in the Obesity Journal (OJ) compared (NJ) results to the Heart Healthy Diet which is considered the Gold Standard of Diets to (NJ peer-reviewed studies).
Note: The studies followed the revolutionary new R2M protocol incorporating Intermittent Nutritional Fasting™ and Protein Pacing® for the participants in both the (NJ) and (OJ) peer-reviewed medical studies.
Here are the astounding differences between the Arciero (NJ) peer-reviewed study versus The Heart Healthy Diet and the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) peer-reviewed study.
Note: The CDC revealed a new study in which they estimate 88% or the people in the U.S. are metabolically unhealthy. There are five factors that are included in this metabolic syndrome, overweight, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and high triglycerides.
The Arciero Studies (NJ & OJ) significantly lowered all 5 of these metabolic factors as published and revealed below.
Weight loss Comparisons of the peer-reviewed studies
(NJ) 16 lbs. in 30 days – (JAMA) 16 lbs. in 1 year (AS) 12 times faster than (JAMA) and more than twice what was shown in the (OJ) study analyzing the Heart Healthy Diet.
(NJ) all people gained an average of 6% lean muscle – (JAMA) loss of lean muscle mass. Heart Healthy Diet slight increase in lean muscle mass.
(OJ) 8 weeks overall reduction of 9% total weight loss. The Heart Healthy Diet produced less than half as much total weight loss. On diets it can take a year or more to lose 9% weight. The current medical community says that losing 9% of your total weight in a year is a great result.
In the Nutrition Journal study (conducted by Dr. Arciero) the average weight loss in 30 days was 16lbs. and some participants lost 30 lbs. in a month. Compare that to the peer-reviewed in JAMA were participants lost 16 lbs. in 12 months.
In the JAMA study they analyzed all the major diet companies and protocols. They listed in the JAMA study by name Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Atkins, Zone Diet, Paleo, Keto, Ornish, Intermittent Fasting and many more. The best anyone did on all these diets was 16 lbs. in 12 months as I mentioned above, and many people lost as little as 10 lbs. in a year. Also, on all these diets there was very little impact on the metabolic factors I have listed above.
These were the medical results revealed in Nutrition Journal and Obesity Journal new published peer-reviewed studies.
A 33% Reduction in visceral fat in 8 weeks (these visceral fat reduction results have never been seen before)
Increase of 6% lean muscle mass (Note the participants in the study were 80% women and none were allowed to exercise).
These kinds of results have never been seen in any peer-reviewed published studies on diet and nutrition in more than 35 years of research.
Imagine that many people lost as much weight safely in 4 days as in 8 weeks of dieting.
