The Greenlaw Report
I have spent several weeks now researching the most old and new diets.
The reason is that this time of year especially is the dieting season.
At Barnes and Noble, the shelves are crammed with the latest diet books and fads, and trends. There are so many books it makes my head spin.
The diet ads are inundating the airwaves now trying to get you to get ready to lose weight and get healthy.
These are among the most popular New Year’s resolutions lose weight and get in shape.
Yet all the science says that dieting is like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. It just does not work in the long run.
If you go to Google and type in diets don’t work you will see about 107,000,000 million views on the subject. Despite these scientific studies proving diets do not work in the long run millions of people around the world cannot wait for January 2nd to begin their new diet, exercise, and health regimen.
As we have written before major studies have proven that dieting and exercise do not work in the long run.
Yet we continue to be bombarded with the latest crazy diets.
It amazes me at some of the new titles for the same old advice. They are for the most part all pitching at the end of the day caloric reduction, reducing carbs, going vegan, or many other approaches that all lead down the same path. The path is that they are going to put you on a diet.
As I have written in the past the enemy is not calories but toxins.
The old adage of calories in calories and calories out does not work anymore as pointed out in the book “The New American Diet” by Stephen Perrine.
Our book Why Diets Are Failing Us also pointed out that dieting just does not work in the toxic world we live in today. In our second book The TDOS Syndrome® we lay out the effects that toxins (deposited in our adipose and visceral fat cells) are having on weight gain and our deteriorating health crisis.
The fundamental problem is that in looking at calories the body only analyzes what is in the calories (not the number of calories) from a nutritional standpoint of view. Ignoring what is contained in the calories is the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing (dieting) over and over again expecting a different result.
There are over 200 studies for example that point out that organic food is not much different than regular food from a nutritional standpoint of view.
The biggest benefit when it comes to organic is that it is less polluted with herbicides and pesticides.
We still recommend organic food not so much for its nutritional content but because it contained fewer toxins.
When do we stop the madness of chasing these diets and go to something that has scientific proof behind it?
The world-class scientists I have the great privilege to be mentored by have shown me that the key to maximizing your quality of life potential is by adopting an intermittent nutritional fasting lifestyle.
These world-leading researchers have identified the ingredients that you should be putting in your body every day that have nothing to do with counting calories. These very ingredients can assist your body in naturally getting rid of toxins, reducing weight, and maximizing your quality of life potential.
Numerous scientific studies have proven that adopting and using intermittent nutritional fasting technologies and protocols has proven to reduce not just weight but more importantly adipose fat tissue (the outer layer of jiggly fat), visceral fat (the hard-underlying layers of fat), toxins, and inflammatory markers.
According to a newly published peer-reviewed study in the Nutrition Journal. The study proved that intermittent nutritional fasting™ is what we all should la adopting in our lives on a daily basis.
These are not the opinions of The Greenlaw Report these are based on the peer-reviewed study and not on hype or anecdotal studies.
We invite all of you to investigate the R2m protocol which utilizes intermittent nutritional fasting™ and Protein Pacing® as a real solution to weight loss and maximizing your quality of life potential for the rest of your life.
