12 times faster weight loss than any diet – Episode 10

The scientific community has been stunned by the results of two peer-reviewed studies conducted by Dr. Paul Arciero and published in the Nutrition Journal and Obesity Journal in 2022. In Men for every 1” in waist circumference over 40” the study concluded the risk of a heart attack increased by 6% per inch.
